[IM-Talk] 4.5b4 Remote won't launch

I have been running Intermapper Remote 4.4.4 on a Mac OS X 10.2.8  
computer. After it is quit I try to launch InterMapper RemoteAccess  
4.5b4 and the icon bounces once on the dock but never launches. I can  
re-launch 4.4.4 just fine. Any ideas?
