Yep - I agree.

And we want to know about this.

The issue is - every port on every switch (with SNMP v2) is marked as being
promiscuous.

This doesn't seem right.

I don't want to get rid of this warning - but it has to be accurate.

I would like to think it knows that at least one of the ports is set to
"mirror" as someone else stated. That would let you know a sniffer is
probably involved.
