Oh yes - status badges in the web display is something that we would like to
be able to turn off.

Is this still recorded in our wish book?

Kevin,

You can configure the Map Settings (Edit > Map Settings) so that the
Critical condition is mapped to a color other than red, so there is no
confusion. However, the status badges next to the icons are also visible in
the web display, so the users should be able to differentiate between 'down'
and 'critical' devices without needing to open the status window.

Subject: [IM-Talk] Down Indication

We have users both on the Remote Client and the Web client.

The poor web client guys are phoning us that a device is down (because it is
red).

Of course the Remote Clients know that a flashing red is down.

I've looked around a bit but can't find if we are able to have different
"down" indications......

Or better yet, maybe turn off the "flashing" part of the down indication?

I know the web guys can click on the device and see that it is up but they
want the easiest possible map.

Kevin
