The option under Edit -> Server Settings -> Server Configuration ->
Users for "Use IM Auth server." is not checked. In addition none of my
users have "Use External Authentication" checked. Any help would be
appreciated.
Janice mentioned to me this morning that she had one user report this
earlier this week, and that installing 4.6.3b1 fixed it (which would
indicate the problem was indeed related to the questions I asked you.)
