Steve,

You can't display the label variables on a single line. The only way to do
this would be to enter the Port Name and Interface Alias manually so it all
appears on a single line. There isn't a way to left-justify the text. In the
Format > Label window, you can select the font, size, bold and italics, but
there isn't an align option.

Subject: [IM-Talk] Formating the "Network Label" (lable for interfaces on
routers/switches...)

I was trying to format the label displayed for Interfaces on our
routers. The edit window that comes up is the "Edit Network Lable"

What I am trying to do is use <Port Name> <Interface Alias>, but I would
like them to be displayed on 1 line and not spread over multiple lines.

Also I noticed, there is not option for align the text left, as this is
just a nextwork box, I guess that makes sense.

So is there any way to control the way the text gets formatted in these
label boxes?

Thanks,

Steve
