Do you have SNMP enabled on the UPS? It may not be enabled by default (it
wasn't on ours). Our Liebert NPower MX 80kVA responds reasonably well to the
Liebert UPS - Open Comms probe, although it returns impossible zero values and
errors in some cases (see partial example below). The unit came with MIB files
on a CD-ROM, and those had to be imported into IM. If you don't have a CD for
your unit, check with your local Liebert rep or dig around on their Web site.
