I have a W2k box that I just installed IM Remote Access v4.6.9 on. When I launch the app, I get the following error message:
The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library dbghelp.dll This machine has two hard drives and is currently booted from drive d. I tried rebooting and reinstalling with the same results. I wonder if IM Remote Access needs to run from drive C? Anyone know? The way the machine is set up I a unable to boot from drive C and will have to find another machine to use if IM Remote Access won't run from drive D. Thanks for any pointers.
