I've been trying to find a common operation feeling for both web users and
IM-R users for a long time.

1. I wish the "status" badges would disappear from the web view. They
clutter up the page, especially on maps with many devices. IM-R don't see
them because we uncheck the "Use three-dimensional map style" check box.
Unfortunately, web users are stuck. This "feature" wasn't always there and
we don't miss it. At least is should be configurable or even to be toggled
from the web page by someone who may desire the badges.

2. Recently we talked about map jumps and comparing them to configuring
the http URL on Double-click Action.
Again, this is workable for IM-R but web users are stuck. Web users of
course can't double-click anything.
There is something funny configuring URL on some devices. On our top map I
am monitoring maps/devices with just the ping probe.

On "some" of them (all created the same way) the choice to acknowledge is
not even presented on the right-click menu. On some it is. I can find no
apparent difference between the devices to suggest why they're different.
(except obviously - they have different IPs). It would be great to have a
map jump device that didn't percolate the status of the sub-map(s). The
ping probe with URL seems good but our issue about acknowledging means that
a down device just flashes forever.......

3. A perfect answer would have us migrating all users to IM-R but we
have "offices" all around the world on slow/high latency links. For these
clients, the browser is the best bet.

4. It's great to see IM add functionality but I would like to see a few
enhancements to the web interface.
