We have a new APX Symmetra PX that I'm trying to monitor through intermapper. I'm using the APC UPS - AP961x probe from the "UPS Probe Bundle" on http://dartware.com/support/users/probes.html. It appears to mostly work, but the output shows "single phase". The UPS is a 3 phase UPS. Is it showing me an average of the three phases? Is there any way to get it to simply show me all three phases? Thanks.
