Thanks for your quick response. As far as I know (and I am new to this :-)), I have the server selected. All the "Import" option are black except for the "MIB", which stubbornly remains gray. I have imported a number of custom probes and that seems to have worked. Just to make sure that I've got it right, what are the detailed steps for selecting a server, and how do I tell if a server has been selected? It should be said that for this investigation I downloaded the demo version of the remote client. Should that make a difference?
