But until that get's into the server, make one that makes (more)
sense, and copy paste it to the others.
I have one for emails, one for SMS's etc..
Store the text in a textedit/notepad document for easy access...

Iirc it's not possible. You'd have to add a new global notification,
customize it and then only use it for that host. I guess that would
work if
you want to do a few, but doesn't scale well, imho
