I do also have the same setup using Microsoft IAS server. But every time when you connecting to IM server using IM Remote Access tool every time you have to provide the username and password, until IM feature will ask you to save the password.
The Actual SSO feature it should not ask you any user name and password if you logged in the Domain PC. We have several in house applications are running with SSO feature using NTLM v2. Still you can restrict RO or RW access for the logged in user using IM server. I created a security group in AD and added users to that group. On the IAS side I added the security group to the policy to match on. In IM remote created users using their domain usernames and checked the external auth box so it used the radius server to authenticate.
