InterMapper DataCenter is a basically a package of little apps that run
alongside InterMapper, as a separate install. You can find it on the
downloads page, to the right of the link for InterMapper. To use the
IMDatabase app (collects data from one or more InterMapper servers into
the DataCenter's SQL database), your IM license needs to be for 100
devices or more. To use the rest of the DataCenter, including Python
for scripting, any license is fine. So you shouldn't need anything else.
The data InterMapper stores locally is in a custom format, and the
DataCenter's central database is PostgreSQL. I just mentioned SQLite
because it could be useful in writing scripts.

I'm pretty new to IM. Can you please confirm that if we have bought IM 5.1,
then we also have IM DataCenter?
Also, does the inclusion of sqlite imply ability to access the IM database?
Thanks,
Jim
