Folks:
A new version of InterMapper Flows 1.1 is available. It contains many
new features (including support for sFlow), minor enhancements and bug
fixes. Please see the Release Notes for a complete list.
- InterMapper Flows now handles exporters that send sFlow v2, v4 and v5
flow records. This includes switches and routers from HP, Extreme,
Foundry, Force10, and other manufacturers.
- A new cache strategy was implemented that leads to much improved
startup/restart times.
- Traffic summary now shows total volume as well as total sessions in
current views.
- Updated InstallShield installer on Windows.
- Added additional input threads and buffers to minimize flow packet loss.
- Exporters and interfaces are now identified by their given 'tags' in
the filter box.
- Added filtering options to right-click menus in tables.
- Auto-refresh can be turned off.
- Host names can be used in the address filter box.
- Minor server improvements when many IMFlows clients are connected.
