I took the quoted section below (from 5.1.3 release notes) to mean that we could actually somehow add some text to a member probe that would allow us to distinguish between the multiple copies of a probe that have been added to a group.
We have a CSU/DSU probe that we use to extract performance stats for a DS1 port. Since our DACS can have multiple such ports we need to add a member probe for each such port we want to gather statistics on. Unfortunately without the ability to label each member probe we have no way to distinguish between one probe/port and another within a group, short of opening the member probe in the status window. The question I have is do we need to run the 5.1.3 remote InterMapper to be able to use this feature? Or have I completely misinterpreted the release notes?
