Hi Vin,
I haven't seen Windows 2008 yet, but Vista does the same. Are you able
to unblock it? If not, try browsing out to C:\Program Files\InterMapper
and right-click on Imtray.exe. From the context menu, is there a 'Run as
administrator' command that you can execute?
