Hi Ryan,
It isn't possible to configure Helper Apps on one client and populate
them to all the other clients. You would need to configure the Helper
Apps on each client separately. Would you like me to submit an
enhancement request for you to change this behavior so that Helper Apps
can be downloaded from the server by all the clients?
