A couple thoughts:
1) For the traffic counts (ifInOctets, ifInUcastPkts, etc.) you can use PER-SECOND
or PER-MINUTE instead of the DEFAULT. This forces InterMapper to display as per-second
or per-minute statistics. But I'm not convinced this is the problem.
2) What do these values look like in the Status Window? You could add:
<snmp-device-display>
\4\ inOctets:\0\ ${ifInOctets} bytes/second
\4\ifInUcastPkts:\0\ ${ifInUcastPkts} bytes/second
... etc ...
</snmp-device-display>
3) To get the contents of the Status WIndow, open it, then right-click to choose
Copy All... and paste into the e-mail response.
Thanks.
