A couple thoughts:

1) For the traffic counts (ifInOctets, ifInUcastPkts, etc.) you can use PER-SECOND or PER-MINUTE instead of the DEFAULT. This forces InterMapper to display as per-second or per-minute statistics. But I'm not convinced this is the problem.

2) What do these values look like in the Status Window? You could add:

<snmp-device-display>

  \4\  inOctets:\0\ ${ifInOctets} bytes/second
  \4\ifInUcastPkts:\0\ ${ifInUcastPkts} bytes/second
   ... etc ...

</snmp-device-display>

3) To get the contents of the Status WIndow, open it, then right-click to choose Copy All... and paste into the e-mail response.
