Hi all - Sorry I've been a bit quiet lately.
I have been busy coding away - and have prototyped everything I want to do -- but have also been exchanging a few emails with Dartware to clarify a few API questions before setting in to finalise the App. I hope to have a few screenshots available within the next 2 weeks, so I can get feedback from you all before I move to Beta. I'm very keen to find out what you guys think is essential to have shown by each device (e.g. What probe info is relevant/etc) -- but a screenshot I think will make this much easier to debate. Re: iPad -- I am not focussing on this right now -- as my main focus for this App is a "first responder" tool; but obviously it wouldn't be too hard to port the App to an iPad. As a read-only tool this would be a cool size -- and make the maps/etc more of a focus in the app -- but edit could a be a little tricker. Certainly if someone wants to "sit an iPad beside them in their datacentre" the initial iPad port would probably work well. Chat to you all again soon.
