Hello We have two display issues in the trouble system that we are anxious to resolve.
Does anyone have workarounds or other solutions? ****************************** I. REPORTED JANUARY 7, 2009 - TROUBLE #70389 InterMapper continues to display an improper color on a Map_Status_Icon after completing an acknowledgment. Create alarm on device - Major or Minor Acknowledge this alarm Create second alarm (on same device) - Critical Do not acknowledge Clear the critical alarm Then clear the first alarm The CRITICAL color continues to be displayed on 'status' map.. this display continues after everything is un-acknowledged. ****************************** II. REPORTED FEBRUARY 19, 2009 - TROUBLE #71336 InterMapper continues to GRAPH and REPORT STATUS/VALUES in the Device_Status_Window after a device has failed. No color change or indication of the 'unknown' levels during a device_Down or during lapses_of_reporting. Possibly all reported_values should stop when a device does not reply. Extended duration graphs can not be relied upon until this is resolved. If you have any workarounds or suggestions please let us know.
