Is Intermapper RemoteAcces required to use the web acknowledgement feature?
When as admin user tries to use the following URL (example shown): http://imserver:port/mapid/device/deviceIMID/*acknowledge.cgi?message=URL+encoded+string we receive the following error. Instance "<Instance ID>" of class "device" couldn't handle the command "*acknowledge.cgi". Thanks in advance.
