I've been asking for this for like two years now. I have not found a way to do that. The only suggestion is to stop periodic repoll, but that's not the same. So as far as I know, there isn't. I brought it up the first time when I had Cat4507 populated with 48 port line cards. Every time you insert one, 48 interfaces show up on them map and mess it up. Now imagine inserting a switch full. 250 interfaces that you don't care about get put on the map for your convenience.

Whenever we add a new VLAN to a switch, we have to go hide it from every map since it automatically pops up on each map the device is in. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.dartware.com/viewtopic.php?p=2838#2838 ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [email protected] ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [email protected]
