There is a problem that a few people have run into after upgrading. We will release 5.4.1b1 tomorrow morning with a fix to this problem. If you want to send your server debug logs from the time period of the upgrade to [email protected], we can confirm whether the problem you're seeing is the one we've fixed. They can also point you to a KB article on reverting temporarily to 5.3.9 if you need it.
