Paul -- There are several things that might be informative. It's possible that the status line in the Reports Server pane in the server settings would have something useful. The debug log would almost certainly give more detail. The imdc.log might also have interesting information. If the contents of these logs aren't helpful to you, you might open a ticket by sending them to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> to see if we might be able to help.
