Hi, We have a probe that monitors multiple bits of equipment. Currently, if one bit of equipment goes into alarm, the probe goes to alarm, and notifies appropriately. This is working correctly.
The issue is, if subsequently all the other devices go into alarm also, for some common cause (note, still alarm - ie same level), then the probe state doesn't change, hence it doesn't notifiy. Is there any way to get intermapper to re-notify if the probe text changes (we have details on the equipment in the probe text), even if the alert level hasn't changed?
