So I was thinking about how to put Intermapper to use for our service desk and was wondering if it is possible to have IM-Remote auto-zoom into a device or link which has switched from Green to Yellow or Red, and open the details box next to the object.
One of the caveats to this would be a configurable threshold when too many devices have gone to a trouble status in a certain interval. In that case, no action should be taken until enough alerts clear. Also it should be a feature that can be disabled easily. What do you guys think, feature request material or a pipe dream?
