InterMapper will always replace the .zip file, to make sure that it always has 
at least one good version of the files.

You control whether InterMapper displays the built-in version of the files or 
your modified version by incrementing the version number in the file, indicated 
by "#version".

To make sure you are modifying the most recent version of the web files and 
also incrementing the version number to a high enough value, expand the zip 
file to get the most recent version of the files, then modify them and 
increment the version number in any file you've modified.

Remember to restart the web server when you're finished.
