Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but the Helper Apps are specific to the client where they are created. If you create a Helper App in RemoteAccess, it won't be available to any other user running RemoteAccess, regardless of the platform. However, the double-click action will be applied to devices, so that it can be executed by any RemoteAccess client.
