Randy, The default category (in the Set Probe... window) is "Experimental/Your-probe-name". When you choose Set Probe, look for a top-level category "Experimental", and see if the probe is there.
If not, you can look at the probe file itself for the line that has "display_name". This will show you where it will be found. If this still doesn't work, please open a support ticket (use Help -> Send Feedback...) and include the file.
