I second that. We are getting too many trap entries in the event log. If multiple device on the map share the same IP, a single trap will generate multiple trap events in the log, (one for each device with the same IP address) which further "pollutes" causing it to grow very fast.

When a trap arrives, the window fills up and you're missing the log entry from the trap-probe i've created. Is it possible to just forward the relevant information to a new log file? If not, this would be a very nice feature to have. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.intermapper.com/viewtopic.php?p=4110#4110 ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [email protected] ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [email protected]
