[PHP-DEV] Building ext/mysql on Windows

  I have disabled the built-in ext/mysql on Windows in config.w32.h.

  When I enable it and try to build, I get the following linker errors:

    php_mysql.obj: error LNK2001:
    Unresolved external symbol [EMAIL PROTECTED]

    php_mysql.obj: error LNK2001:
    Unresolved external symbol [EMAIL PROTECTED]

  I have MySQL 4.0.13 includes and library in my MSVC paths.
