Step back a moment and consider... The original response to this issue from the bison people was the not very encouraging "thou shalt not use the skeleton file". I wasn't aware that you were one of the bison people, so I was offering you the time-saving advice of using a known-good version, because the bison team had made it apparent in the past that they were not interested in fixing the problem.
