Beta 2 has been rolled.
Edin, please create the Windows packages, The tag is php_5_0_0b2

I'd appreciate it if some of you give this a small sanity test.
I'll go forward with posting it tomorrow unless there are critical 
problems. I don't plan on
delaying the release for much less than "PHP formatted my harddisk" :)
