[PHP-DEV] I'm interested in helping develop PHP

but I can't find documentation on it.

I need to know the following:
1.       How to add new function to php
2.       In that function how to write to the http stream
3.       How to access data from sql recordset

Please point me in the right direction for this. Thanks.
