I took a crack at those Windows build files, but I'm not sure if they're correct as I still don't have anything to test on. I'm going to try and set up a box with VC++ at work if I get a chance, but if anybody else with a bit more experience with Windows builds would care to inspect and/or test the patches, that would be great.
