The veteran RM is not really a RM because they rarely do any release so I don't think we should prevent previous RM's to volunteer again for the regular RM. We should also remove the "new / rookie" from the name in the announcement as it's confusing and suggest otherwise which doesn't make much sense to me. Kind regards Jakub
