are you still planning and have time to bring this RFC to vote?
The PEAR website in it's current state is really a bad look for PHP and
your RFC would solve this.

Has anyone anything that should be mentioned in the RFC text that is not
mentioned yet?
Or does anyone have anything that should/must be changed?
So far the discussion reads as everyone is in favour.
The only issue seems to be that no one knows how to actually approach it
without any PoC at PEAR?
Pier proposes something, but since no once is reachable it cannot be
done like that.
If no one has anything to add, and there would be no objections, would
we still need to wait 14 days (++) until this can be voted on?
Would be great if we could get this RFC picked up, and hopefully voted
on soon!
