Continuing this thread is only hurting PHP's reputation and disrespects the immense hard work of esteemed contributors like Rasmus Lerdorf. As a newcomer and a contributor specifically to the ext/intl extension, I believe there's no reason for us to cause unnecessary tension among ourselves. The current policies are already in place, and we cannot perform miracles overnight. Let's focus our energy on building and improving PHP together. Best regards, Sepehr
