install-pear.phar is not an executable, it should be run by PHP. These
lines are from Makefile.frag - can anyone see anything obviously wrong
with it?
install-pear-installer: $(top_builddir)/sapi/cli/php
@$(top_builddir)/sapi/cli/php $(PEAR_INSTALL_FLAGS)
$(srcdir)/install-pear.phar -d "$(peardir)" -b "$(bindir)"
$(top_builddir)/sapi/cli/php should be the php binary, no?
