I'm sure everyone realizes this, but it's not just PEAR, it's any
application that uses the Date class. The Date class can be renamed, but
that won't automatically fix everyone who uses the PEAR::Date class (or
any other classes named date) in their applications.

Aaron, I'm going to repeat it again: in the 5.1.0 release, where the Date
class existed in PHP, after 5 days there were NO bug reports. None, nix,
nada.
