I would like to see one more RC released.
And I think a _total_ freeze after this RC would make a lot of
sense, since we keep changing the code in every RC..
There will definitely be an RC5, quantity of changes made since RC4
warrants it, but after this RC I'd like to "close the tree" so we
need to resolve the filter issue now.
