FYI: Since 5.3.0 is out and we are now in maintenance mode for this
branch, there is not really a need for a release manager in the
strict meaning of the "title". In other words we can now go back to
the traditional model of having a single RM that is mostly busy with
technical decisions. As such I am stepping down to avoid the
confusion that people keep thinking of me as someone who can
actually review patches. I will of course continue to do my best to
track todo items for the various branches.
