The third release candidates for PHP 5.3.2 was just released for testing
and can be downloaded here:

This release candidate fixes some issues related to the crypt()
implementation. If no critical issues are reported the plan is to
release 5.3.2 from identical sources next Thursday (Mar 4) Please make
me aware of critical issues.
