The second, and hopefully last, release candidate for 5.3.11 was
released for testing and can be downloaded here:

Please ensure that the release is solid and all things behave
as expected! Please test this RC against your code base and report any
problems you encounter or successful tests you've run.
The final version will be released along with 5.4 on April 26.
