Evening internals, In light of the problems that we are experiencing with email delivery at the moment, and have been experiencing for the past 10 days, we request that all RFC discussions are placed on hold:
* anything that is in discussion phase may continue to be discussed, discounting the period from 1st January until further notice. * anything that is in voting will have to be restarted when our communication problems are resolved.
