Directadmin just makes the tarballs from php.net available at every new release. re2c is not even installed on my Directadmin powered CentOS 6 systems and bison is not used in the build process. The Directadmin admins surely will not be happy if the generated files are removed from the tarballs. And the Directadmin users will probably not be happy either, because chances are high that new releases will have a time delay.
