The DLLs were not built for 7.3 when 7.3 was released. I could probably get it
to happen by doing a package release but, if no actual code changes are
needed, creating a new package that says "Bumping version to trigger DLL
build" in the release notes seems a little weird to me.
That's a completely valid request. This package was missed in the mass rebuild
last year after 7.3 GA, and the logs was missing as well. It is fixed now.
Please ping anytime if something like this happens.
