Hmm, CFLAGS shouldn't be used for linker flags. It should be added to LDFLAGS. In either case, it's possible that it works with those, but I was talking about OPENSSL_LIBS, which was suggested by Nikita and Rainer. Anyway, I'm very happy that it works now. Cheers, K.
