Must be able to lead a multi-country implementation of SAP HR, specifically OM and PA 2. Hands-on experience with Configuration on Info groups, Actions, country specific config, Pay structures 3. Configuration of custom relations on OM 4. Understand the Legal & Statutory requirements per country in a particular region 5. Understand Country specific reporting needs, country specific information to be stored 6.
