Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview: Phone then F2F Job Description: The qualified candidate has over 4 years of SAP Basis experience, worked directly with business users, performed SAP Basis administration tasks and has strong troubleshooting skills. Willing to work within a matrix environment supporting an increasing SAP portfolio.   Essential Functions: This position provides operational support for the following SAP Infrastructure environments: SAP NetWeaver Infrastructure SAP Web Application Server - WAS BW Infrastructure XI/PI Process Integration platform SAP Workflow SAP Portal SAP Solution Manager Dazel printing Qualifications: Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field or the equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years IT experience with at least 4 years of SAP NetWeaver experience with emphasis in administration skills for trouble shooting all areas of SAP. Knowledgeable within SAP ABAP, Change Management, workflow, CCMS, workload management, Solution Manager, diagnostics and well versed with Oracle, AIX Unix, HPUX, Linux and Windows environments. Additional Required Skills: Willingness to work in a matrix environment Adherence to standards and compassion for quality Perform scheduled system refreshes Results-oriented problem solver with the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous SAP Basis related incidents. Ability to communicate and document effectively at all levels of the organization. Willingness to backfill co-workers, support IT management team, participate in technical project tasks and perform IT activities during non-business hour SAP printer troubleshooting skills Mentor other IT associates by reinforcing the importance of standards and demonstrating best practices Document the SAP Infrastructure environment and procedures. Assist in root cause analysis Provide on-call / off-hours support as required. Support team is instrumental in providing feedback and assisting the architecture team to develop SAP solutions.
